This Privacy Policy explains how PetGene (furbabygene.com) handles information when you visit our site. PetGene is an independent information and comparison resource about dog and cat DNA testing; we do not sell test kits and we are not a laboratory or veterinary service.

Information we collect
- Server access logs. Like most websites, our hosting automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of your request. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
- Cookies and analytics. We may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how pages are used in aggregate. Analytics data is used to improve our content, not to identify you personally.
- Affiliate cookies. When you click an affiliate link, the retailer or affiliate network (for example, Amazon, Impact, or ShareASale) may set a cookie so any resulting purchase can be attributed to us. Those cookies are governed by the retailer’s own privacy policy.
